By creating an account or using Namaste, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Namaste (“we”, “us”) provides a social platform including posts, profiles, feeds, news surfaces, and optional beta features (such as Reels, Chat, or Marketplace). Features may change, pause, or close as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
  • Provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Namaste a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the service so others can see and interact with it. You can delete posts or your account subject to backups, legal holds, and residual copies that fade out of our systems over time.

You confirm you have the rights to post what you share, and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate the law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Namaste to harass, threaten, scam, spam, impersonate, or spread illegal content. Do not attempt to break, scrape abusively, or overload our systems. Full behavioural rules are in the Community Guidelines.

5. Moderation

We may remove or limit content, and restrict accounts, when we believe it is needed to protect people, comply with law, or keep the platform usable. Reporting tools and staff review support that work; outcomes are not always public.

6. Beta features

Beta or experimental features are provided as-is, may be unreliable, and can be changed or withdrawn without notice.

7. Disclaimers

Namaste is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy of third-party news feeds, or that every post is true. To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namaste and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.

11. Contact
